I’m going to show you guys a step by step method right now to make money on the internet.  A dream for most people, but what will soon be a reality for you.

We are going to be using the Amazon.com Associates Program to sell a product of your choice on amazon’s website.  This program gives you a 4-10% commission on sales referred by you.  It’s not the most glamorous rate but the point of this exercise is that if you follow my directions YOU WILL make money online and it will prove to you that it is possible, you can do it, and it will start to open your mind to the real possibility that you don’t need to be a part of the rat race if you don’t want to be.

So now that you have signed up for the associates program you can select a product of your choice on amazon, recommend it and get a cut of the sale price.  This is called Affiliate Marketing, advertising or selling someone else’s product for a commision of the sale.  This allows you to have an “online store” where you sell stuff without having to ever keep a physical inventory or stock.  We now have the ability to skip startup costs, skip creating a product, and skip storing/shipping it.  This allows us to get a little business going with almost no initial investment and significantly lowers the barrier to entry of going into business for yourself/becoming your own boss.

Selecting a Product to Market

Okay, so since i guarunteed that you would be able to make some pocket change if you follow this guide I am going to lay out the plan.

You are going to look around on Amazon and find a bodybuilding supplement that you have already used (important) and know works.  Pick one you know is quality via your experiences with it.  It can be a preworkout drink, a favorite protein powder flavor, a prohormone, etc.  just make sure you pick something you believe in and that you have actually taken/have experience with.  (This is important because when it comes to making money on the internet you are nothing more than your reputation.  If you cannot establish trust and a relationship with the people viewing your content you’d might as well just forget trying,  Remember how fast word spreads on the internet. Be honest and you will be rewarded.)

I’m going to now go to the Amazon.com Homepage and search for a product I used in order to get an affiliate link from amazon, so I can sell it.  I’m going to look for ON Standard Creatine capsules.  This is something that I have bought many times, I know it works, and the capsules make it easy to use because I don’t have to taste the bitter shitty creatine taste.

In the upper left corner click “Text Link” and then copy the “Short Link”.  If someone clicks on this link and buys something, you get paid.  This comes at no cost to the buyer.  Your fee comes out of Amazon’s pocket.

Don’t pick the same product I choose unless you have actually used it.  Seriously, it’s important that you have used and believe in the product you choose to recommend or else this whole thing is not going to work.

Now you are going to make a youtube channel and a video review of the product.  It’s important in the video review that you do not tell people to buy the product.  People are smart enough to make their own decisions and they don’t need you telling them what to do.  Just talk about the product and what your experience with using it was.  Talk about positives, negatives, side effects.  Speak to the camera the same way as if a friend asked you about the supplement and you gave them an opinion.  The people who will watch your video will have searched for this product on their web browser and are looking for someone who has used it to tell about their experiences.  This is one of the reasons why it is so important to have used the product you review and to believe in that product.  At the end of the video mention that you have placed a link in the video description to where they can find it on Amazon.

When you upload your video to youtube make sure you follow the directions I outline in my following Youtube SEO video to make sure your video gets good traffic and positioning in search results.

Okay now create facebook and twitter pages for your video.  For my facebook and twitter pages I will name them something like “Creatine Review” and then post the link to my video on them.

This will help your video appear more often in “Recommended Videos” and higher up in search results.

Here is my creatine review facebook page.  Do the same thing with a twitter account.

Share the social media pages on your feed and ask your friends to “like” them.  This gives them some buzz and google/youtube notices that.

Okay, now you are finished.  If you followed my directions a couple people will watch your video and click over to amazon.com to buy it in the next few weeks.  You’ve taken your first step to making your own money online and telling your boss to go fuck himself.  Congrats bro.

If you do this with a lot of products and you have popular videos, these commissions start adding up FAST and the best part of it is you have videos of yourself selling things to people, making you money while you eat, sleep, shit, and fuck.  How awesome is that?

Your stuff doesn’t have to be about bodybuilding either, it can be about anything you have experience and skill with.  Whether that is tennis, golf, books you have enjoyed, clothes that look great, sex toys etc. lol

The next step is starting a website which will take your ability to make your videos perform well in search results to an entirely new level. (not to mention appearing and taking advantage of traffic on google, the largest search engine in the world)

How To Get More Youtube Views & Subscribers

Ever heard tech guys use the term “SEO”? It stands for “Search Engine Optimization” What we are talking about today is how to use Youtube Search Engine Optimization to get your videos ranking high in search results, thereby getting the views you deserve.

I’m pretty good at this and i’m going to discuss the actual methods I use to get my videos ranking high in search results.  If you go on youtube and search “Trenbolone”, “MK 677”, “Ostarine”, “Kratom”, “Dianabol”, “Blackstone Labs Prohormone Review” You are going to see that i’m ranking in the top few results for each of those terms.

How do I do this?

I’m not paying for those Youtube Search result ranking.  They are high up like that because I optimized their Meta Data and built links to them.

Help youtube know WHY it should rank your video highly by giving it information about your content.

When I upload a video, I first change the file name on my computer to a relevant keyword I want to rank for.  For Example, if I want to rank for the search term “Trenbolone” then i’m going to name the file on my computer that I will be uploading “Trenbolone.mp4”

I will also upload a thumbnail photo file with the same name.  So going with the tren example, the thumbnail I upload would be called “Trenbolone.jpeg”

In the description of the video i’m going to write a small paragraph about the contents of my video, so youtube can analyze it.  Youtube cannot hear you speak.  You must tell youtube what your video is about through writing.  So for tren I would write a small paragraph about what it is, what it does, and what kind of people use it.

For the video title I always put the keyword near the beginning.  I also am going to want to put words into my title that people might combine with “Trenbolone” in order to get a piece of those search results as well.  So since people are going to be searching for effects, experiences, muscle gains, and may also search the nickname “Tren” I would title my video something like, “Trenbolone Effects My Muscle Gain Experiences with Tren”.  This will take advantage of a wide range of potential search queries and will also help me get into the “Related Section” of similarly titled videos by other content creators.

For “Tags” I try to think of what kinds of videos people will be watching who would also be interested in my video.  This way i will have a good chance of being in the “Related Videos” sections and having people click over to mine.  For Trenbolone my tags would be things like “Steroids”, “Dianabol”, “Testosterone”, and “Primobolan”.

Youtube Link Building

Link building is a massive factor in getting your video ranking above other videos when there is competition for a search term.  Say there are 30 videos all competing for the same keyword?  Well, which video has the most links pointing to it?  Social media shares, blogs citing your Video as a source, forums embedding it for discussion, and links from established authority websites on google all supercharge your videos “Oomph!” in youtube search results.  The video with the most links pointing to it is receiving a major boost in the form of “Link Juice”. Every link your video has is acting as a thumbs up from an outside source.  Links to your video are like people raising their hands vouching for the quality and accuracy of your video.

I create a social media account on every platform, tumblr, twitter, pinterest, facebook, instagram, linkedin etc. and share my youtube videos on those accounts.  This sends social media “Buzz Signals” to youtube and causes my video to shoot up the search results rankings.

I usually always embed my videos on my website in order to send “Authority” signals to Youtube.  I will also sometimes make a thread for discussion and embed a video on relevant discussion forums in order to further diversify my audience and link profile.

Youtube Search Keywords

If you want your video to rank in youtube search results you need to make sure you are targeting a search term keyword that people are looking for.

Google has an INCREDIBLE tool for helping you find what people are searching for.

Google Keyword Planner – https://adwords.google.com/KeywordPlanner

There is no way to check what people are searching for on Youtube, but since it is the largest search engine in the world behind Google, you can be sure people are searching similar queries on Youtube as they are on Google.  So using the data available from Google Keyword Planner will be excellent to use for your Youtube videos.

Create an account for the google keyword planner and click “Search For New Keywords”

For this article I want to rank in search results for something having to do with Youtube Search Optimization.  So I typed “Youtube SEO” in the keyword planner.  Below is the results.

As you can see “Youtube Search” is receiving 10k-100k searches per month, and the competition for this keyword is low.

Guess what the keyword i’m targeting for this article is?

Conclusion

This is how I find titles, fill in descriptions, put in relevant tags, and get my videos ranking high on youtube.  I also use these same methods to get my articles on bodybuilderinthailand.com ranking in search results on google.

Step 1: Choosing your domain name

The first thing you have to do is choose a domain name. You can check to see if the domain is available in the screen below.

The name is important, but honestly… if you look at the most successful bloggers, you will notice that their names aren’t that great. What sets these guys apart is their content and consistent posts. In blogging, content is king.

So go and try for a domain that you like.  BodybuilderinThailand.com was good because it’s memorable and describes me.

Step 2: Getting Hosting

The next thing you need to do to start a fitness blog is get hosting. I recommend to use BlueHost; they are an affiliate of bodybuilderinthailand and they have the cheapest prices around, at $3.95 a month. I will be using BlueHost in the photo examples as I go through this step by step guide.

I would suggest the starter plan. It’s honestly all you will need and it’s what I use. It is also paid all at once instead of monthly. This will save you quiet a bit of money and, most importantly, you are not just making a half ass try at starting an independent income, you are literally investing in this idea.

I read a study a while back that in college sports, two players of the same ability were treated completely different. Why? Because one is a walk-on and the other was given a scholarship by the coach. When having to choose a starting spot between two players of similar skill, the coaches choose the scholarship athlete 99% of the time because they made an investment in him. Duh.

Investing is a deeply rooted psychological behavior and you can actually use it to help you achieve your goals. If you are serious about wanting an independent income you will need to invest psychologically, the starter will be the best choice.

Step 3: Installing WordPress

Once you are finished getting the hosting, it’s time to get blogging software.

The first thing you must do is login to BlueHost and find the Website Builders section.

Select the first option: WordPress. It’s what I use for BodybuilderinThailand and it’s the best and most professional looking out there that’s not called “hiring a professional to program it from scratch.” It’s also very simple to install and use.

On the next page click Install in the “Do it yourself (FREE)” section.

Click the “Check Domain” button.

Check the terms and conditions box and then click the “Install Now” button.

You will get a message saying “Your install is complete!”. From there you should click on the “View Credentials” button and write down your Admin URL, Username, and Password. Later you can change these to something easy to remember, but for now you will need them to log in.

Next find your Admin URL and copy and paste it into your web browser. A login screen will pop up. Enter your username and password that you saved from before.

Step 4: Choosing your theme

You now officially have your own blog! All you have to do now is choose the right theme.  At BodybuilderinThailand i’m using a paid theme, but there are thousands of options and you can choose one that looks perfect for how you imagined your blog.  It will take you to a screen where you can see all the different themes in detail and you can just choose the one you like.

WHAM-O! You now have your own Fitness Blog and it’s time to start writing.

It’s easy to start a fitness blog.  It really boggles my head why more people aren’t doing it.  You can make a good income from home and it’s fun.  I think most people just don’t know where to start.

You’re Going to Buy a .Com Domain, Start a Blog, Write about and Make Youtube videos about a product you’ve used that has benefited you, and then you are going to leave a link to where your viewers can buy the product you recommend.

The beauty of this is that the viewer pays no extra charge for clicking your link.  It’s free to them, you get to give value to your viewer by giving them a great recommendation and you get paid in the process.

There is one rule that you must follow in order to maintain credibility and keep giving your viewers value.

You click that link to sign up for their affiliate program.  Usually affiliate marketing programs pay  somewhere from 7%-20% per sale.

Ok, say you’re hobby is watches.  You fucking love wrist watches and you know all about them. You know how they work, which one’s have the best manufacturing, and which watches have the best parts and which watches have the shittiest parts.

What you are going to do is write articles and make youtube videos about this, showing people about wrist watches and helping them make educated decisions about which watches to buy.

Now you need to find an affiliate.  Let’s use Ashford.com a well known brand located in many USA shopping malls for an example.

So let’s say you affiliate with Ashford Watch Retailer they sell every brand of luxury watches and offer a 6% commission affiliate program.  6% is a bit low, BUT look at their average sale… (About $650) which means that you will be getting paid a $40 chunk of cold hard cash every time someone buy something because of viewing your content.

That’s $40 for ONE TRANSACTION

Make 10 Transactions per month and you’ve made $400

overnight shift work.  Narcolepsy is a disease where people fall asleep randomly during the day, modafinil makes it so that they can stay awake.

• Superman Feeling I think this goes without saying, but when you have the ability to focus and work with PURPOSE for 10-12 hours straight you feel a bit like superman.  I enjoy this because I do my best work when I have this kind of laser focus on my goal/task and gain a sort of euphoria caused by satisfaction from the relentless pursuit of my goal.
• Ability to Stay Up All Night – Not going to lie i’ve used modafinil after a long days work when I was absolutely beat.  A sexy senorita asked if I could accompany her to a disco club at about midnight.  Normally, there is absolutely no way I could have gone,  even with 2 or 3 large cups of coffee, no way.  I couldn’t pass this opportunity up though (LMAO) so I took 100mg Modafinil and IT WAS LIKE I HAD JUST HAD A FULL NIGHT’S 8 HOUR SLEEP I shit you not, all fatigue from the day was gone.  It was like taking an eraser to my fatigue and just stamping it out.

After taking modafinil you’re going to have to rest more the next day if you chose to stay up all night.  Obviously using a performance enhancing substance to stay awake is going to cause you some sleep debt that you’ll have to pay back the next day.  Which is why I like using this nootropic smart drug to completely hammer a project i’m working on in one day.  Maybe during a 5 day work week i will spend 15 hours or 3 hours per day SERIOUSLY KICKING ASS working at peak level.  Well if I take Modafinil I can literally squeeze those 15 hours of peak performance work into one day and then just sleep the next day and have the rest of the week to chill.

How Often Can You Take Modafinil?

Twice a week guys,  this is not kratom, there are not different strains you can take in order to keep your tolerance down.  I’ve experimented with a bunch of different way of taking it including taking it everyday for a week.  From my experience, taking it twice a week preserves the full effects of the compound and maintains it’s peak benefits.

What Dose Do I Take?

100-200mg is the standard dose.  100mg works fine for me, but some people say they need 200mg in order to get the desired effect.

How Long Does It Take To Kick In?

It takes roughly an hour to an hour and a half to feel modafinil.  The stimulations you will notice as it starts to come on are intense clarity and a complete absence of fatigue.

Is Modafinil Safe?

What’s up to all my badass readers, first off I have to say to all… I Salute You!

Now Press Play on This Badass ACDC song so that I can fully inspire you while I tell you about my first experience making money in the online world.  I’m going to teach you how to make money online flipping items on Ebay.

Guys, You can become self employed and make money online right now by just picking a niche that you are interested in a then buying low and selling high on ebay.

#1 important factor = you have to like and have knowledge on the things you sell.

Okay, so get on ebay, make a seller account, and you can make a listing for a free auction.  Easy.

story time:

When I was 19 I started an ebay account and made my first sale.  Eventually selling thousands of dollars of guitar equipment on that account.

I was initially interested in ebay because my brother in law was a total addict of ebay browsing and it pissed me off that he would always hog the family computer.

He always had great things to say about ebay.  I knew he did buying and selling but it was mainly the buying that intrigued me, as he would always rave about these unbelievable deals he was getting on auctions on ebay.  In fact, I think half of me thought he was lying and the other half of me was just jealous lol.

So I decided to open an account on ebay because at the time my life was pretty much eat, sleep, electric guitar, repeat.

I wanted new guitars and amplifiers and I wanted them at these fantasy prices my brother in law was talking about.

So I got on ebay and within a few weeks had a few new guitars that were barely used in excellent condition and I had purchased them for a 35%-50% better price than what I would have paid new at Guitar Center (these guitars were essentially new, they had been played a few times until the owner decided he didn’t want them and changed his mind).

Well, the same thing happened with me.

fever, I realised I didn’t like some some of the instruments I had bought and decided to throw them back up for auction on ebay.

The funny thing was that I sold them all for a profit.  Sold them for more than I had paid for them.

This struck a nerve in my mind as i’m always on the lookout for ways to make cash on my own terms and not from some fucking boss.

The original ebay listings I had purchased from were a bit shit, but since I already had a trained eye, I could tell the guitars just needed to be wiped off and taken outside for some natural lighting to take more flattering pictures.

So because of my specialised knowledge ability to spot guitar quality I had obtained these beautiful instruments at bargain prices and was able to take better pictures, answer customer questions more thoroughly, and give better descriptions of my items for sale.

The Ebay addiction is real guys, it becomes a hobby watching auctions and looking and auctions already finished called “completed listings”

Through Trial and Error I found that musical instruments on ebay usually sell for around 65% of their cost at the Music Store when the instruments are in very good to excellent condition.

Meanwhile, I also observed that because of things like bad marketing, presentation, and a lack

of knowledge of the product from the seller often resulted in the item being auctioned at around only 50% of it’s “New” cost.

I pounced on this opportunity to make 15% profit on high value items and get to play beautiful instruments while doing it.

I followed all of the Ebay listing and whenever I would see a guitar of high quality selling at that 50% or below mark I would jump on the chance to buy it.  Basically, I was like a “Sniper” at the last second of the auction (sometimes literally 3-10 seconds before the auction ended) I would inject my bid and wipe out the other bidders who would then have no chance to increase the asking price or get into a bidding war with me as I would bid literally as the clock ran out and get

Bought for $400, Sold for $525. Kinda wish I had this one back bc it sounded so badass! lol

these killer deals.

After, receiving these items I would clean them up a little, get out my camera and take them outside for some nice natural lighting and take stunning pictures of them.

Then I would list them right back up on ebay and they would sell for about 65% of their original “New” value netting me on average a 15% profit.  Since Quality Guitars don’t sell for less than about $500 US Dollars, I was making at least $75 off each of these transaction, and I was doing a few of these each week.  I had popped my cherry and learned to make money online lol.

Way better and more rewarding/educational than folding clothes and the mall or flipping burgers at In n’ Out.

As time went on I also started doing this same thing with high value men’s wear like Diesel and True Religion jeans, and Redwing and Doc Marten boots.

This whole experience was fantastic because it taught me so much about commerce and running a store.

And the best part was I was having a fantastic time doing it

The key to this whole thing was choosing a niche in which I had specialised knowledge: Guitars and Amplifiers.

Corporate Slavery.  How To,  Live A “Normal” Life

People living a normal life follow a script laid out for them to follow, a blueprint for their life you could say. This blue print is encouraged by members of the society under the guise of doing the reasonable, smart, safe, responsible, and expected thing to do.

Here’s the blueprint;

1. Go to school and graduate college
2. Get a “job”
3. Work at said job for the next 45 years and slowly work your way up the companies rankings
4. Get married and then divorced, have a kid and pay 3/5 of your life as alimony and child support.
5. Retire at 65 mentally and physically destroyed from the years of sitting at desks, bad posture, and emotional abuse by employer and family as well as gross overworking.
6. Live for 5 to 10 more years on modest savings you accumulated.
7. Pass away in your sleep from heart disease caused from years of inactivity.
8. Become buried at the local cemetery and forgotten.

THAT, my friends… is “The Normal Life”

If you do what is expected of you, if you do what your family, friends, collegues, and government want, you will be blessed with this glorious fate.

Talk about not living life on your own terms.
