Raloxifene is the strongest Anti-Estrogen drug for preventing gyno or bitch tits in the nipples during or after a steroid or prohormone cycle.  It can also be used to shrink or reverse existing gyno.

Raloxifene is a SERM (Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulator) like Nolvadex, that specifically seeks out and blocks the estrogen receptor in the tissue of the nipple and chest.  However, Raloxifene binds to the estrogen receptor in breast tissue 80x-100x stronger than Nolvadex and is therefore much stronger for gynecomastia prevention and reversal, and of special interest to bodybuilders.

Raloxifene to Prevent Gyno

When running a steroid or prohormone cycle, a common Raloxifene dosage to prevent any gyno or bitch tits from forming is 60mg per day taking through the duration of the cycle.  This effectively blocks the estrogen receptor in breast tissue.  If you have any extra estrogen floating around in your system from taking steroids, the estrogen will not be able to come into contact with your nipples and you will be able to feel confident that you will not have any symptoms of gyno during your cycle.

Raloxifene Dosage for Gyno Reversal or to Shrink Gyno

Many bodybuilders use raloxifene to shrink or reverse gyno they have got from taking steroids.

Usually bodybuilders get gyno on a steroid cycle because they don’t know what the fuck they are doing.  They just get a bottle of testosterone and start injecting it.  Well part of that testosterone gets transformed into estrogen in your body by an enzyme produced in your fat cells called “aromatase” and if you don’t take an Aromatase Inhibitor like Aromasin, then that estrogen can attach itself to your nipples and cause some unsightly breast formation to occur aka “Bitch Tits”.

In the first place, if you do a testosterone cycle you should be taking an Aromatase inhibitor.  But, if you’ve already fucked up, and have gyno now, we can potentially reverse it and definitely shrink it by using a combination of Aromasin and Raloxifene.  This will also work if you have gyno from puberty and have never taken steroids before.

What you do is wipe out your bodies estrogen by taking Aromasin and then further block the estrogen receptor in your nipple tissue by taking Raloxifene at the same time.  This completely starves any gyno tissue you have any causes it to die off.  If you have big hard lumps behind your nipples, they will probably shrink to barely noticable, and if you are starting with small hard “pebble” like lumps behind your nipples you can probably get rid of them completely with this protocol.

What i’ve done for my gyno when I had small pebble size hard lumps behind my nipples that I got from using Tren was, I got off cycle and took 12.5mg Aromasin per day and 60mg Raloxifene per day for 4 weeks.  At the end of the four weeks the lumps were completely gone and I learned my lesson to always use an aromatase inhibitor while using steroids.
