When I wrote the Best Book in the history of bodybuilding “Ultimate Guide To Roids” I released the hidden suppressed and unflattering reality of using steroids and performance enhancing drugs in it’s full truth for the first time in the history of bodybuilding, pro sports, and fitness.  The Steroids Podcast is like the Icing on the cake of Ultimate Guide to Roids.

Ultimate Guide to Roids gave you the information, the full truth, not the half truth, the full truth.  It gave you the keys to the lamborghini of bodybuilding.  Naturally, after reading such valuable and well guarded information you will have questions.  That is why in the continued spirit of truth, knowledge, and transparency, I decided to start the Official Steroids Podcast.  The Podcast is a continuing commentary on the passion for pursuit of knowledge in the field of performance enhancing drugs.

The Steroids Podcast is a user generated questions and answers show.  You can have your steroids questions answered with transparency, simplicity, and clarity on the show.  To submit your questions, you need to leave a comment on the steroids podcast website and sign up for the VIP list there.

I started the Steroids Podcast to provide a 100% censorship free platform for steroids knowledge and discussion.  A last bastion of truth and honesty on the internet.  No ulterior motives and no jerking anyone around.  The only thing you will ever find on the podcast is true information with nothing extra added.

When a guy that wants to become a bodybuilder is starting to get serious and research steroids, his question “How much does a steroid cycle cost?” is naturally one of the first questions he has.  This is a pretty easy question to break down and explain.  I don’t know why it is so hard to obtain a simple answer.

Anabolic steroids seem to cost about the same amount of money in US dollars everywhere in the world.  No matter what country you are in, the price of steroids and performance enhancing drugs varies very little.  10ml Vials of injectable steroids usually cost somewhere in the range of 50usd-100usd each.  Typically, you will need 2-3 vials of any particular steroid to do a cycle with it.  If you want to include an oral steroid in your cycle, 100 tablets of most oral steroids usually cost around 50usd-75usd.  You will always need to buy anti estrogen tablets like arimidex, exemestane or nolvadex to protect yourself from the possibility of having intolerable estrogen related side effects from steroids such as bitch tits.  Anti-Estrogens usually cost about 50usd for 30 tablets and that is usually enough for a 10 week steroid cycle.

A first beginner steroid cycle of 500mg testosterone per week for 10 weeks and 30mg dianabol per day for 4 weeks along with enough anti estrogen tablets has a total average steroid cycle cost of about $250 USD.

Post Cycle Therapy PCT Cost

A post cycle therapy or PCT is a cycle of fertility drugs bodybuilders take for the purpose of restoring natural testosterone levels after finishing a steroid cycle.  Some guys just take 1 tablet per day of nolvadex for 4 weeks and that is their PCT.  This would generally cost about $50usd raising their total steroid cycle cost to about $300usd.  For me, I like using HCG for my post cycle therapy.  I like to use 1000IU of HCG per week for 5 weeks along with the usual nolvadex for 4 weeks.  The HCG usually costs about $50usd for the 5000IU that I use for 5 weeks.

A typical 10 week Beginner Steroid Cycle with Proper PCT including HCG and Nolvadex will have a total steroid cycle cost of around $350usd.  

Steroids really aren’t very expensive compared to bodybuilding supplements.  It’s kind of funny because you would think that whey protein powder would cost less than a vial of steroids.  Generally, a 5lb tub of whey protein powder costs about the same as a vial of steroids lol.  In this case, big results aren’t unreasonably expensive.

The cost of steroids will really start to get you when you realize how awesome steroids are.  You won’t want to stop using them.  Before using steroids people say “I just want to do one cycle”.  That all changes after finishing the first steroid cycle.  Steroids improve your life like crazy so once you start using them and experience their power first hand, you have to do more steroid cycles.  Doing several steroid cycles per year can easily add up to a few thousand dollars per year.

Bodybuilding has become very popular in the small country of Kuwait.  The fact that Kuwait is located in the desert and the culture of the people there is partially responsible for the sudden surge of interest in bodybuilding there.  Kuwait Bodybuilding received it’s first major push via the creation of the Oxygen Gym Muscle Factory of Kuwait.  Bader Boodai is the billionaire responsible for this exciting development.

Oxygen Gym rose to international stardom when they began inviting IFBB Pro bodybuilders like Brandon Curry and Roelly Winklaar to train at their chain of gyms and to live in Kuwait.  About the same time as popular american bodybuilders began traveling to train at oxygen gym, Super heavyweight bodybuilder “Big Ramy” hit the scene.  Big Ramy was created at Oxygen Gym.  Ramy is the crowned jewel of Kuwait Bodybuilding.

A prominent reason Kuwait Bodybuilders are so successful is the culture and geography of the country.  In Kuwait there are no nightclubs, bars, or popular nightlife activities.  There are not many vices to indulge in Kuwait.  The lack of distractions allows better concentration on training, diet, and “supplementation” among Kuwait Bodybuilders.  Kuwait is a strictly Islamic country and there is no dating allowed there.  Women are not allowed out of the house unescorted and distraction from women and sex is not an issue there.

There are no anti-male biases in Kuwait.  Bodybuilding hormones and supplements are readily available.  They are of high quality and are pharmaceutical grade.  Supplements like authentic testosterone and human growth hormone readily available in Kuwait.  In western countries feminism dominates.  This results in female hormones being legal and encouraged while male hormones are illegal and criminalized.  It is a crime to be in possession of male hormones in the USA.  It Kuwait, it is not a crime to be in possession of anabolic steroids.  Female hormones like birth control tablets are discouraged.  The West is ASS BACKWARDS in it’s approach to male and female hormone supplementation and availability.  Thank god there are places in the world like Kuwait where being a male and having male hormones is not persecuted.

Bodybuilding meals and food are readily available in Kuwait.  Since Kuwait bodybuilding has rocketed to international stardom and many bodybuilders travel to train there, an entire industry related to health and nutrition has blossomed there.  In Kuwait there are countless meal prep services that deliver bodybuilding meals to your door.  These health food companies measure the ingredients as they prepare them and deliver the meals according to your macronutrient specifications.

Oxygen Gym Kuwait

Oxygen Gym is the premier bodybuilding destination of the Middle East.  Oxygen Gym is the home of Mr. Olympia Finalists Big Ramy and Ahmad Ashkanani.  Popular European and American bodybuilders such as Roelly Winklaar, William Bonac, Nathan De Asha, and Breon Ansley all spend considerable time each year training at the Oxygen Gym Kuwait.

Oxygen Gym is a state of the art facility with a massive amount of weightlifting equipment and machines.  You can almost get lost inside of this massive warehouse gym.  Oxygen Gym Kuwait has stylish low lighting that makes the atmosphere appear as if you are in some kind of prestigious nightclub.  The gym has a supplement store, pool, spa and a restaurant all in-house.

Oxygen Gym became even more famous when the nickname “Camel Crew” was embraced by the bodybuilders who train there.  At the same time as the gym goers gained the Camel Crew moniker the gym became famous for another interesting reason… “Anabolic Chicken”.  Anabolic Chicken is a reference to the easy availability of high quality anabolic steroids and human growth hormone in Kuwait.  Many famous bodybuilders at Oxygen Gym are funded by the owner Bader Boodai.  They are able to go the the gym partake of the “anabolic chicken” and get huge, ripped, and shredded.  There are trainers at the gym for every person that stay by their side and personal chefs everywhere to ensure they meet their meal requirements.

One of the greatest bodybuilders ever Jay Cutler, has been everywhere and seen it all, so he is not often impressed by any gym. When Cutler traveled to Kuwait, Oxygen Gym truly impressed the 4-time Mr. Olympia.  This fact alone is a huge vouch for the amazing facility that is Oxygen Gym Kuwait.  Cutler has more miles under his belt traveling than anyone else in the bodybuilding industry and if he is impressed, then it is a true testament to the incredible environment there and a testament to Kuwait Bodybuilding.

Bodybuilding is extremely popular in India.  During my travels through asia, I met many Indian men who were extremely excited about bodybuilding.  The men I met wanted to become an Indian Bodybuilder.  Bodybuilding and fitness is still a new and upcoming activity in India.  There are not many muscular men and not many gyms in India.  If you are considering building a gym in India, then you have a very good business opportunity.  Being big and muscular is highly respected in India and muscles give you instant social status.  India has not yet produced  an IFBB pro bodybuilder.

Famous Bodybuilders from India

Thakur Anoop Singh is a Bollywood actor turned bodybuilder.  He is muscular and extremely lean.  In order to get a body like Thakur you will need anabolic steroids and human growth hormone.  You can learn more about Anabolic Steroids and performance enhancing drugs in my book “Ultimate Guide to Roids“.  Thakur started his career playing ‘Dhritarashtra’ in the Indian television series ‘Mahabharata’.  He leveraged his fame from bollywood to be able to afford the supplements he would need to become muscular and ripped and compete in bodybuilding.  In 2017 Thakur Anoop Singh won the gold medal at the men’s fitness physique championships in Thailand.

Wasim Khan is an Indian Bodybuilder who has made indian bodybuilding history by winning the International Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation of Europe’s Bodybuilding championships two years in a row.  Wasim Kahn deserved his bodybuilding titles because his physique is incredible.  He may be the most muscular indian bodybuilder in the world.  Someone looking to get as big and muscular as Wasim Kahn would need to focus on attaining massive strength in the bench press, the deadlift, and the squat.  A physique with hard, grainy, mature muscles like Wasim’s is built through performing heavy compound weightlifting exercises in the gym.  In addition to weightlifting and becoming extremely strong, anabolic steroids are also critical in obtaining a champion bodybuilding physique like Wasim Khan.  The shape and separation in Wasim’s shoulders are caused by the anabolic steroid trenbolone and the peptide human growth hormone.  These two substances are essential if you are trying to get a muscle body like Wasim Khan.

Varinder Ghuman is an Indian Mass Monster Bodybuilder.  He is not as lean as some of the other bodybuilders from India but Varinder is the biggest!  Varinder is also an actor from Bollywood movies.  Surprisingly, Varinder Ghuman is a vegetarian bodybuilder.  Many hindus are vegetarians and do not eat meat.  Varinder is a vegetarian india bodybuilder who won the Mr. India title in 2009.  Arnold Schwarzenegger has reached out to Ghuman and become friends with him.  In India, Varinder Ghuman promotes Arnold’s Bodybuilding and Fitness supplement line.  Varinder is the only Indian Bodybuilder to have to honor of promoting Arnold’s supplements.  Varinder is most famous for his Mr. India title win and for his part in the bollywood movie “Roar – Tigers of the Sundarbans”.

Murali Kumar is another Indian Mass Monster Bodybuilder.  All bodybuilder must do 3 things to get huge.  They must lift weights at the gym, they must eat a bodybuilding diet, and they must take steroids.  If you want to get big like Murali, you will need to do all 3 of those things at the same time.  Murali Kumar is a software engineer and bodybuilding champion from Kottayam Kerala India.  Kumar serves in India’s Navy and was India’s number 1 bodybuilder in the year 2013.  Murali started bodybuilding at age 25.  First Kumar focused on building his legs in order to overcome an injury he sustained.  After his legs were built up he then switched to focusing on his six pack abs and eventually his upper body.  In 2013 and 2014 Murali Kumar won the Mr. India title for the best bodybuilder in India, and in 2013 he also won the gold medal for the Mr. Asia competition.

Gyms in India

Fitness and bodybuilding is still new in India.  There are many people interested in bodybuilding but not many gyms for them to train at.  There is a Gold’s Gym in India inside the city of New

Delhi.  Gold’s Gym is very prestigious and the same chain of gyms that Arnold Schwarzenegger is famous for training at.

A very good gym to train at in India is “Nitro Fitness” in the city Mumbai.  Nitro Fitness is a modern gym and very trendy.  Usually wealthy Indians living in Mumbai train at this gym.  The atmosphere inside Nitro Fitness is almost like a nightclub with the dim lighting and blasting EDM music.

Most cities in India only have small weightlifting gyms with some bare essentials.  In India you typically will not find as many gyms as you will find in other countries of asia.

Indian Bodybuilder Diet

There are two types of Indian Bodybuilders diet.  One diet with meat, and the other vegetarian with no meat.  Some Indian Bodybuilders eat chicken, eggs, fish, and drink milk.  Other Bodybuilders in India are vegetarian for religious reasons and do not eat any meat or foods that come from animals.  It will be very hard if not impossible to build any kind of muscle size without eating meat.  Indian bodybuilder who do not eat meat must take huge amounts of anabolic steroids and testosterone injections in order to be able to build large muscles.  Protein and meat are the building blocks of human muscle.  If you are on a vegetarian indian bodybuilder diet , it will be nearly impossible to build big muscle size without using a lot of anabolic steroids.

Welcome to My Redcon1 Cluster Bomb Review.  I’m your host Dan the Bodybuilder from Thailand.

Redcon1 Cluster Bomb is an intra-workout drink.  That means you are supposed to drink it during your workout.  The active ingredient in Cluster Bomb is called “Highly Branched Cyclic Dextrin”.  Highly Branched Cyclic Dextrin is a refined carbohydrate source that is absorbed from the gut and taken into muscles as glycogen fuel more readily than glucose as well as any other carbohydrate on earth.  In the late 90’s studies investigating the effects of cyclic dextrin on exercise were performed.  Through these studies it was shown that people who took in cyclic dextrin before or during exercise, were able to exercise harder and longer without difficulty.  Cyclic Dextrin (The Active Ingredient in Redcon1 Cluster Bomb) allows you to workout harder and longer without perceiving an increase in difficulty.  During the studies on cyclic dextrin, it was shown that people using it considered their exercise to be less difficult than they did when they had only drank a normal sugary sports drink.

Cyclic Dextrin is the superior carbohydrate source for athletes.  It’s a bit of a luxury, yes all carbohydrate sources will help you exercise but cyclic dextrin is the cream of the crop.

Redcon1 Cluster Bomb Intra-Workout

I’ve been hearing about “cyclic dextrin” and seeing more and more bodybuilders use it during their workouts so I decided to give it a shot.  I picked up some Redcon1 Cluster Bomb and experimented with drinking it during a few workouts.  The main effect was muscle pump, this stuff contributes way more to giving me a pump than stimulant preworkouts do.  After all these years in the gym I am very aware that eating carbs is the most important factor in achieving a pump in the gym.  Often times I eat sweet tarts or gummy bears before training to help me get the pump and have more energy to train harder for longer.  Candy has always worked pretty good for me but I felt a distinct difference having the Cyclic Dextrin carbohydrate contained in the Redcon1 Cluster Bomb.  Drinking one scoop of cluster bomb in a 9oz bottle of water for a few workouts I experienced significantly increased muscle pump in the gym.  One of my favorite things about going to the gym is getting a pump.  I “enjoy” supplements that get my muscles full and swollen with blood.

During my Redcon1 Cluster Bomb review experiment I did not experience any increased energy in the gym.  It’s hard for me to decide whether or not I like “eating” carbs during my workout.  Drinking this during my workout gave me a bit of a sleepy or fuzzy feeling while I trained.  Obviously this was caused by the increase in blood sugar and resulting insulin spike.  So while I did get noticeably more pumped up muscles and fuller muscle pump using Cyclic Dextrin, I did not experience any increase in energy during my workout. In fact I experienced the opposite of increased energy.  I experienced a slight decrease in energy while working out and drinking Cluster Bomb at the same time.

Conclusion

I like the Cyclic Dextrin carb product that is the active ingredient making Redcon1 Cluster Bomb work.  However, I’m not really a fan of drinking or eating sugar during my workout because it saps my energy a bit.  Personally, I think this product is better to drink immediately before your workout, and then just drink water in the gym.

The Prohormones

Yohimbine HCL is one of the most potent bodybuilding supplements that is not a drug.  The reason it is not more well known is because people don’t know the correct yohimbine dosage and timing.  When used correctly, Yohimbine is an incredible fat burner, stronger than ephedrine ECA Stack and roughly half as effective as Clenbuterol (a drug widely used by professional bodybuilders and hollywood celebrities for fat loss).

Recently I messed around with the SARM LGD 4033 Ligandrol.  I used a LGD 4033 dosage of 20mg per day.  This is the strongest muscle building SARM I have used.  With other SARMS like S23 I felt a lot of mental effects, such as aggression, and skin effects like extreme sweating, but with LGD 4033 review Ligandrol I wholly experienced the effects of the drug in my muscles with no side effects in other locations.  SARMs work by targeting androgen steroid receptors in certain tissues while ignoring steroid hormone receptors in other tissues.  SARM tissue selectivity explains why some SARMs are felt in some areas of the body while other SARMs are felt elsewhere.  Out of the SARMs I have muscular success using (Ostarine, S23, LGD 4033) Ligandrol had the best effects on my muscles at the lowest total milligram dosage.  My LGD 4033 before and after results were improved cosmetic appearance of my body, muscle fullness, and strength.  People always want people who talk about SARMs to compare them to anabolic steroids.  SARMs will never be as strong as hardcore steroids but if I had to compare 20mg Ligandrol to an anabolic steroid I would compare its effectiveness to about 200mg injectable testosterone per week.

No SARM is ever going to give you the muscle building firepower that heavy anabolic steroids like trenbolone, testosterone, dianabol, or anadrol will give.  However, SARMS work on the same mechanism of action as those traditional steroids do to build muscle.  SARMS are synthetic chemicals made in a laboratory.  SARMS work by communicating with hormonal androgen receptors in the body, this is the same mechanism of action by which anabolic steroids exert their effects.  When a SARM enters your body your androgen receptors view it as an anabolic steroids.  Your androgen receptors cannot tell the difference.  SARMS are not steroid hormones, they are lab made chemicals, but your androgen receptors cannot tell the difference and they register the SARM as an anabolic steroid and cause appropriate changes to the body.  SARMS work because your body thinks they are steroids.  That’s why someone who is natural cannot compete with someone who is on SARMS.  SARMS are performance enhancing drugs.  While SARMS can never compare to heavy anabolic steroid use, they will cause you to gain more muscle than you could ever gain naturally.  On SARMS when you want to cut down body fat the muscle won’t disappear like it does naturally.  SARMS are LEGAL ANABOLICS.  SARMs are about as strong as banned prohormones.

LGD 4033 Effects

LGD 4033 effects were felt primarily in my muscles.  Other SARMs I have taken have not mimicked the characteristic “Muscle Fullness” injectable testosterone gives me.  I was not using injectable testosterone while I used Ligandrol LGD 4033.  Injectable testosterone always gives me a characteristic muscle fullness and cosmetic effects within one week of starting it.  Most steroids i’ve used do not give me this effects the way that testosterone does.  It is a special effect of testosterone.  I got a light version of this effects within days of starting LGD 4033.  Within about 4 or 5 days of starting I got the same characteristic muscle fullness that low dosages of testosterone give me.  I felt my strength become supplemented by the LGD 4033 and I stopped losing strength from having gone off of my testosterone replacement therapy.  My muscles felt less susceptible to injury and being ripped by heavy training during my workouts.

LGD 4033 Results

I think LGD 4033 is the best muscle building SARM.  It doesn’t give aggression the way that S23 does (which I enjoy).  LGD 4033 effects are more exclusively muscular.  LGD 4033 results seem to fit the phrase “Selective androgen receptor modulator” well.  The light steroid like effects are limited to muscle.  If I didn’t use steroids on a regular basis then I would make sure that I was using LGD 4033.  It works for muscle and strength and there isn’t a lot more to it than that.  For my LGD 4033 review I used 20mg per day which is a fairly low dose.  I think 40mg-50mg per day would bring a lot more firepower and I will be doing that experiment in the future.  50mg per day is a more typical dosage for using steroids at.  Since I started feeling low dosage steroids effects at 20mg LGD 4033 per day I would expect a dosage like 50mg per day to be exponentially more potent and more able to mimic the effect of traditional oral anabolic steroids.

Ligandrol Side Effects

I didn’t get any side effects from Ligandrol LGD 4033.  I didn’t even get any emotional outbursts or “Roid Rage” like I did on the SARMs S23.  Generally Sarms seem to be very much side effect free, but LGD 4033 side effects in particular were non existent for me.
