A prominent reason Kuwait Bodybuilders are so successful is the culture and geography of the country.  In Kuwait there are no nightclubs, bars, or popular nightlife activities.  There are not many vices to indulge in Kuwait.  The lack of distractions allows better concentration on training, diet, and “supplementation” among Kuwait Bodybuilders.  Kuwait is a strictly Islamic country and there is no dating allowed there.  Women are not allowed out of the house unescorted and distraction from women and sex is not an issue there.

Unfortunately, Jeff Cavalier aka Athlean X lies about his steroid and growth hormone use.  I don’t believe Jeff Cavalier is a bad person or a steroid abuser.  However, It’s a fact that Athlean-X is not a natural bodybuilder, it is a fact that Jeff Cavalier uses anabolic steroids and human growth hormone injections.  I’m going to start out by showing you a side by side comparison of Athlean-X on and off steroids.

On the left picture at 33 years old Jeff is in peak condition and sporting a top tier natural physique.  The physique you see at 33 years old is attainable naturally without using any drugs.

The picture on the right at 43 years old is a textbook example of what testosterone and growth hormone injections will do to a body as it starts to age and lose it’s natural hormone levels.  Jeff’s natural to steroids transformation shown in the above picture is a perfect example of the gains you might expect to achieve using 100% real legitimate pharmaceutical grade product and going on a cycle of injectable testosterone and growth hormone.

Now we have “non steroid athlean x boy” JEFF CAVALIER who is superior in his superhuman abilities to defy aging!!! He has the ability to be a personal trainer all his life and have a good natural physique until 33 when suddenly all his years of hard work paid off and his body started reacting as if it was on steroids and growth hormone and he all of a sudden got bigger and leaner and harder and more 3D and freakier in his middle age!

This is of course TOTALLY unrealistic and the only world in which you can look like Athlean X naturally exists within Jeff’s own fantasies.  In reality, Athlean X steroids career began sometime between his 33 year old to 43 year old transformation.  From the looks of it, he is using high dosage Doctor prescribed anti-aging therapy.  This usually looks something like 2IU-4IU Pharmaceutical grade HGH per day, and 200mg-400mg Testosterone per week.  Athlean X may also use a low dosage of Anavar year round in addition to the biologically identical hormone replacement therapy he utilizes.

Like I said Athlean X doesn’t use much gear, he utilizes small dosages of highly potent bioidentical hormones plus possibly a small dose of Anavar year round to obtain his physique.

REMEMBER, naturally you can either be big and bloofy, or you can be small and ripped.  You cannot be both at the same time.  Big Ripped, Bulky, 3D, Full Lean Muscles all at the same time, are not natural.  That is a fantasy.

In order to be big and lean and ripped and muscular all at the same time, and look like a bodybuilder, you need drugs.

I’m telling you this to help you to know what it will take to achieve your goals.  If you take the wisdom from this article and internalize it, you will have realistic expectations in the gym and will avoid mountains of frustration.

Larry Wheels body does not seem to react to lifting crushing poundages the way that everyone else does.  I’m guessing he has some really unusual leverages in his tendon and bone angles/lengths.  I’ve seen many bodybuilders more muscular than him fail when trying to lift weights for a single rep that Larry will use for his working sets.  He’s a young guy in his mid twenties who is threatening to break most raw all-time powerlifting records.

Larry seems like a decent guy, he grew up in New York and was living in foster care during his youth.  Wheels joined his first gym when he was 15 years old and he says it only took him a year before he was the strongest person there.  As he progressed in his training Wheels moved on to training at Bev Francis Powerhouse Gym in New York.  He’s always been honest, which is a VERY good sign of integrity when it comes to choosing who you will listen to in the bodybuilding and fitness industry.  I remember when i first heard of Larry Wheels, was when he competed at the first ever Dorian Yates Super League competition that my close friend World’s Tallest Bodybuilder Aaron Reed competed in.  There was controversy started by some Super League officials

Powerlifting Records – In November of 2017, Larry competed in the 275-pound weight class and commandeered a raw, combined world record of 2,275 pounds.  He deadlifted 855lbs, bench pressed 610lbs, and squatted 810lbs on that day.

Recently Larry Wheels moved to Los Angeles where  he has been training with Bradley Martyn at Zoo Culture Gym.  Larry has also been filming workouts with Strongman Thor Bjornson The Mountain.  Larry is still very young in his mid twenties and expect most raw world powerlifting records to be broken by him during the next 10 years.

My buddy Dr. Tony Huge from Enhanced Athlete visits me in Thailand regularly while promoting his business.  In march 2017 he brought World’s Tallest Bodybuilder Aaron Reed with him to Thailand to help with marketing. 

At first when meeting Aaron Reed, I didn’t know what to think.  He seemed like the stereotypical bodybuilder guy who is always putting on this act of being so tough.  Well, this completed melted away after getting to know Aaron for about an hour.  He is extremely kind, funny, good hearted, and friendly.  He’s just a huge person (intimidating) and also plays up a persona of being a tough guy.  This is probably because Aaron Reed used to fight in the WWE world wrestling federation. 

Anyway, Aaron and I developed a friendship and brother like bond during the month he spent in Thailand.  At the end of the first day he was here, we headed to Soi Cowboy to watch some Go Go Dancers and Blow off some steam with Dr. Tony Huge.

This was a funny night and we both were able to relax and start a friendship that has lasted ever since.  What was funny is Aaron Reed and I both share a fear Ladyboys (Thai Transexuals), while Dr. Tony Huge loves them.  Against massive protesting from Aaron Reed and I, Dr Tony Huge managed to get us into a Ladyboy Bar called “Cock-a-too” on Soi Cowboy street.  I was literally mortified I had onto Aaron’s girlfriend Celina for protection.  I used her as a human shield in front of me to protect me from the aggressive ladyboys.  We stayed inside for about 10 minutes and luckily the ladyboys were most concerned with a bunch of Asian guys who looked like they were about to be customers lol. 

Usually ladyboys are obsessed with bodybuilders because they like big men who are bigger than them and for some reason ladyboys are never small men, they are almost always over six feet tall.  I don’t know how to explain this strange fact but it’s true.  I’ve asked thai and pinay women why ladyboys are always tall men with large skeletons and they do not know why.  It’s some kind of strange phenomenon. 

Soon after this Aaron and I began daily training together at Muscle Factory gym in Bangkok as workout partners.  I admired his intensity and pain tolerance and decided I would have to have him train me.  I needed to learn the intensity that he was able to produce in order to take the next step in my bodybuilding. 

Learning Aaron’s high intensity low volume “1-set” training philosophy changed the game of bodybuilding for me.  During the months that followed after Tallest Bodybuilder Aaron left, I made some of the best and most freakiest gains of my bodybuilding career. 

One of the strange this about being around Aaron is that his body is just not like mine and yours.  He appears to not look human when he is walking around in public just because he is so big and massive and freaky that he can barely be considered the same species as the rest of us.  If I had to say “What it is like to see Aaron Reed World’s Tallest Bodybuilder in Public?” I would say that it looks like seeing an elephant walk down the sidewalk.  He resembles an elephant more than a human being.  Monstrous.

Above is a fun video of Aaron and his girlfriend “Room Raiding” me.  I was clean I swear!!!  This was the beginning of a fun day in Bangkok where we went to Lumphini park to find the Komodo Dragon Giant Monitor Lizards which are miniature dinosaurs still on earth.  We successfully touched the monitor lizards but one attacked me with it’s tail and whipped me leaving a huge red welt on my thigh.  We met up with my thai girlfriend at the time and got foot massages at a place in silom area called “Rapee Massage” Aaron thought the name of this establishment was beyond hilarious and could not stop talking about it.  For about the next week he would occasionally bring up the “Rapee massage” and start laughing, saying he needed another “good rapee massage!” The massage was clean lol, I know you are going to speculate while reading this (hahaha) but we had our girlfriends with us and there was no funny business at the Rapee Massage in Bangkok!

Aaron and I along with the Enhanced Athlete circus decided to take a trip to the remote Thai island of Koh Samui in the southwest of Thailand.  Koh Samui is the island people use to hop over to the famous island of Koh Phangan where the full moon parties are held.  Koh Phangan is where all those videos of people on drugs crawling around and screaming like zombies come from on youtube.  Luckily we didn’t go there.  I hate shit like that. 

We had a sweet contact at one of the local gyms on Koh Samui island.  The owner of Elite Fitness Koh Samui hooked us up with a trip to this 5 star resort on the island, it began raining, but really it all just added to the experience.  Watch the video above to see some of that debauchery.  You have to remember that Aaron Reed, Tony Huge, and I are not average or ordinary people.  We are slightly eccentric and very different than the majority.  That’s why we have all successfully pioneered these alternative lifestyles.  We are all fun loving people who want what is best for others and when we are together it’s usually non stop shenanigans because of the fusion of big personalities.

Above is a video that was not planned.  Aaron Redd World’s Tallest Bodybuilder and I were driving around the island of Koh Samui on our motorcycles when I suddenly noticed a sign on the side of the road that read “Snake Farm”  well Thailand “Snake Farm” is obviously going to have no rules or government regulation and I have to tell you that what happened inside that place were mentally insane.  The 3 Thai guys who owned it were a father and 2 sons.  One of them was bit by a cobra and another one threw a black scorpion on my stomach (I demanded he remove it instantly) Overall I can’t describe this experience.  It was just too insane.  The thai guy also told Aaron’s girlfriend that Aaron was no good for her “she need small man” when she asked why he made a vulgar motion a proclaimed “SUPER BIG COCK!!!” Lmao

So this is my write up on Aaron Reed world’s tallest bodybuilder. I hope you guys have enjoyed it, he’s a real physical specimen, an Adonis who lives the training and eating bodybuilding lifestyle.  Does Aaron Reed use steroids? of course he does.  But not in abusive amounts.  This guy is a true old school bodybuilder who lets his training and diet do the work while adding some testosterone in to make his food work for him in the muscle building process.

Hey guys Dan from bodybuilder in Thailand here to discuss a little bit about what kind of anabolics are necessary to achieve a physique like Calum Von Moger.  The guy is huge, fucking jacked, and looks a bit like Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Not surprisingly, Calum’s physique almost certainly involves a high dosage of a mild steroid that Arnold was known to have had a love affair with.

Lets start out by making it clear that there is no way to accurately say “this is what someone is on” unless that person honestly tells you what they are on.  What I am doing in this post is using my experience to lay out a protocol that is most likely very close to what Supplements Calum Von Moger uses to achieve his physique.  What I lay out may not be exactly what Calum is on, but nevertheless it is what is required to achieve a physique and look on par with Calum’s for MOST PEOPLE, and is what the most revered bodybuilding coaches would recommend to an athlete looking to build a physique like Calum Von Moger’s.

So first off, the guy isn’t abusing gear.  I know that’s not what you haters wanted to hear.  His look is super dry more or less completely devoid of subcutaneous water retention.  People with skin like that are usually not abusing excessive dosages of performance enhancing drugs.

The steroid calum von moger is most likely utilizing to get his look is Primobolan.  As far as I can see he is a textbook example of a bodybuilder on high dosages of primobolan.  He looks super anabolic and dry but not squared off and sharpened like he would on tren.  Instead he looks round, full, vascular, and androgenic (shiny skin).  His look being attributed to primobolan is with almost 100% certainty.  He’s almost certainly not using deca, dbol, high test, or any other aromatizing compounds, since he is way too dry and without mineral retention.

For HGH and insulin these are obviously very important to his size and year round conditioning.  But I don’t see more than 4iu-6iu of FDA pharm grade growth hormone per day along with something like 5iu of insulin.  Really any growth hormone at all causes some blurry looking muscle in the arms etc. and I just don’t see any “blurry swirly” looking muscle on his limbs.  Because of this i’m going to also guess that a diuretic steroid like winstrol is in there.  It could be anavar but it’s probably winstrol.  In this picture to the right you can really see how dry and tight Calum’s skin is as he is showing a grainy look that Jeff Seid does not possess.  We already know Jeff is that year round shredded fitness model guy who competes at the Mr. Olympia level in men’s physique.  Comparison photos that turn out like this present a strong case for DHT based anabolic steroids being prominent in Calum Von Moger’s stack.

Alright, as previously stated it is impossible to just “call out” someone’s stack without them telling you, but experience and a trained eye can usually pick things out and come up with a pretty close idea of what PED’s someone is using. I’m going to lay out a template of what I would guess his cycle is.  Either if this is not the cycle he uses it is still a cycle that top bodybuilding coaches would recommend to get his look.  And isn’t that the reason you’re here reading this anyway? Of course!!! But unfortunately taking Calum Von Moger’s Steroid Cycle will not make you look like him.  His look is from years of consistent training, diet, and hormones.  so with out further adoo…

The Calum Von Moger Steroid Cycle:

1000mg+ Primobolan per week

350mg Test Prop per week

50mg Winstrol per day

FDA Growth Hormone 4iu-6iu per day

Insulin 5iu per day

0.5mg Arimidex every other day

100mcg T4 Thyroxine per day

That’s it? Yeah that’s going to be pretty close to what his cycle is.  Few things could be tweaked a bit as well.  It’s a possibility that he’s using Equipoise as it is a relative to Primobolan (but not as good) and is very popular in Australia.

He could be using a different kind of test like Sustanon 250 in which case I would guess he is using 2CC’s per week.  The cycle I laid out might not be his cycle, but it’s the cycle that 90% of people are going to use to get to that size/look.

That’s pretty much it guys. The other question I know I am going to get is “Does Calum Von Moger use Trenbolone?” He only uses it around his competitions.  His physique is much too round to be on Tren during his normal day to day pictures and videos.  if you notice when he does a competition his skin becomes much more sucked in while his muscles take on a “square” appearance.

Spot the biggest ‘Tren’ Junkie!

Lex Fitness , another of the “Gym Shark” crew.  Let’s review who the “gym shark crew” is.  Jeff Seid, Matt “Bogus” Ogus, David Laid , the Harrison Twins, Alon Gabbay… These guys are the known fake natty crew.

I swear somewhere in gymshark’s contract it probably says something about ‘must inject a CC of Tren Ace per day’

I would say Lex Griffin aka “Lex Fitness” is the epitome of this “Tren and Gymshark” mantra.  

In the above picture where he’s pictured with the gym shark crew, look at the way Lex Fitness looks next to Marc Fitt, who is the other shirtless guy.  Marc Fitt is an example of a guy with superior natural aesthetics genetics.  There is nothing about that guy that looks juiced whatsoever.  But check out Mr. Ethics aka Lex Fitness next to him.  That face would never tell a lie would it!?

The difference between natural and enhanced is not muscle size or bodyfat percentage.  You naturals who are reading this like to say things like “BodybuilderinThailand you’re wrong! he’s not even that big! you can get that big naturally with hard work and dedication!”

That’s not the point blockheads.

So listen up, it’s time for school, class is in session.

The Steroid “Look”

Steroids and HGH give a certain look to the skin and muscles that you do not get naturally.

Those Cannonball Delts Sure Do Look Natural… Just like something anybody with hardwork and dedication can achieve .. right? … right?!

Before I became an “Enhanced Athlete” I was the same as you guys, completely in the dark about what a natural looks like vs a steroid user.  BUT, then I started getting juiced up and watching the actual changes happening to my own body.  I never bulked, I stayed the same weight and just took the gear, and the look of your muscles completely changes.  Even my own mom commented on it lol.

Steroids are what give that “Wow What The Fuck!” look to a guys physique.  That look that is “Unreal” that make you ‘mirin. LOL.  Your muscles get really full and hard.  The start to look like boulders, rocks, concrete, and they are pressing against the skin, with veins and shit looking like they want to burst.  The muscles get really round and have ‘Pop’ they look 3d.  It’s hard to understand if you haven’t used gear but i’m trying to explain to you “The Look”.

“The Look” is what Lex Fitness has.  Look for the POP the WOW factor when you compare him

Whenever you guys see this look know that it is steroids.

Kinobody is another good example.  He cycles, so sometimes he’s off gear and looks completely natural and then other times he’s on cycle and juiced up and all of a sudden he has this look that Lex Fitness always has.  Squared off blocky muscles that look hard as fuck! and they are “Comin’ ‘Atcha! 3d”

This is the test you do to determine natty or not. Look at the physique and ask yourself “Does this guy just look Really Really Good? Or does he make me say “How can someone possibly look that incredible!!??”

100% natural guys. Hard Work.

If it’s the latter, then they’re juicing, end of story, that’s all you need to know.  If you don’t believe me, maybe you’ll learn one day when you gain some more experience, maybe you won’t, whatever I don’t care, it doesn’t make a difference to me whether you want to believe a lie or not.

 One question though… Is the reason you want to believe fake naturals don’t use steroids because you’re too much of a pussy yourself to inject?

Speaking of Kevin Levrone Comeback, Since it’s Olympia Weekend 2016 right now I just watched the press conference this morning where Levrone and Cedric McMillan took off their shirts and had a little pose down.  Jesus Christ Levrone smoked Cedric in the front shots.  I was not expecting that.  I just didn’t think that he looked big enough with his clothes on but once he hit those most musculars I was just like “Fuck! Damn!” Levrone was smoking Cedric in those shots.

What happened when they turned around and did back poses didn’t look good for Kevin though.  Levrone didn’t have his tan on but still Cedric’s back double biceps and rear lat spread looked like they were dwarfing Levrone.  I know the rear has never been Kevin’s strong point whatsoever but I can just imagine what’s going to happen if he gets a chance to pose next to fill heath and they hit rear double biceps and lat spread it’s going to be lights out for Kevin lol

However, I could not fucking believe that Kevin after 8 months of training was able to beat CEDRIC MCMILLAN who SERIOUSLY pushed Kai Greene for the Arnold Classic 2016 this year for 1st place.  Kevin looked fucking SICK in those front shots and had all the muscle he needed to beat Cedric in those poses.  Fucking amazing! What the fuck! I just don’t understand how someone can gain all that so quickly.  Fuck, it blew my mind.

Anyway, Hoping for a miracle and Kevin Levrone taking a shit ton of trenbolone and insulin tonight and showing up to prejudging tomorrow as big as that fucking silverback gorilla he wears on his tank tops.

During Kevin Levrone Comeback and 2016 Mr. Olympia Prep i’ve seen him wearing some dope stringers (Bodybuilding Tank Tops) i’ve wanted to get my hands on.

You guys have seen the one’s with the big ass silver back gorilla on them right?

The company who is sponsoring him are called Gorilla Wear USA.  It’s nice seeing a cool design that is a change up from the classic Gold’s Gym Stringer.  Don’t get me wrong I have plenty of Gold’s Gym Stringers and I love them but these Gorilla Wear Stringers are cool too and they’re not some overly fashionable homosexual design like most of that gymshark shit that comes out now days.  Just simple with a masculine Silverback Gorilla.  I like it.  

I know i’m not the only one who has noticed these because he’s obviously being sponsored pretty heftily by the company since every single picture or video we’ve seen of him he’s got some sort of gorilla wear apparel on lol.

It’s cool though, i’m just glad it’s not Gymshark.  I was actually going to buy one of these Gorilla Wear shirts before he started wearing them, and once he started wearing them all the time it reminded me that they are really cool and that I needed one haha.
