Just know this, human bodies are meant to flow.  When a bodybuilder has bulky hanging muscles that look round instead of long, and the muscles don’t flow with the bones of his skeleton, that isn’t natural bro.  Natural people don’t look big and round and full especially not at low bodyfat.  That is not natural.  Human bodies with big bulky lean muscles are not natural.  Sorry to burst your bubble but it’s just better that you know the truth rather than continuing to live your life in darkness.  If you want to ‘look like a bodybuilder’ and have bulky lean muscles, you know what you have to do.  I don’t need to tell you bro, because you already know.  However, since you believe like religion that Jeff Nippard is natural and does not use steroids i’m going to have to verbally say it to you, IF YOU WANT TO HAVE BIG BULKY LEAN MUSCLES AND LOOK LIKE A BODYBUILDER YOU HAVE TO USE STEROIDS SORRY.  THIS WILL NEVER CHANGE.  DEAL WITH IT.
