Natural Bodybuilding – A Scam?

both of these bodybuilders use steroids. neither of them is natural

If you’re here reading this you want to have an incredible body.  You’re on the journey there, you’re in the process of gathering information to get you there, and you are trying to sift through the garbage and find the truth in bodybuilding

You’ve probably heard of steroids in sports etc. they’re for losers and cheaters right? Well I’m here to give you a rude awakening buddy.  Steroids are for champions, and all your favorite sports hero’s use them, whether you want to believe that or not.

Can you achieve the physique of a bodybuilder without using steroids?

The answer is no, you cannot achieve a bodybuilder physique without utilizing the help of anabolic steroids.

There is one exception to this rule and that is to those who have exceptional bodybuilding genetics and are destined to become bodybuilders.  Sometimes these incredibly rare individuals can achieve the appearance of being a very small bodybuilder without utilizing anabolic steroids.

The truth is that natural bodybuilding is infested with liars and scammers.  Most of the people involved in natural bodybuilding are trying to sell you a pipe dream of becoming one of the big massive guys at the gym, these ‘natural bodybuilders’ use steroids and often times tons of other performance enhancing drugs like human growth hormone.  Their goal is to deceive you into believing they are natural and that if you follow their program and buy their products that you too can look like them without needing steroids and performance enhancing drugs.

Big bulky muscles are NOT natural and if you see lean people with big bulky muscles claiming natural, they are frauds.  When you see people with muscles that look as if they have grown too big to flow with their bone structure.  Not natural.

Natural Bodybuilding Competitors – Lets face it, these guys look like swimmers in speedos standing on the wrong stage.  I know that’s harsh and insulting but it’s true.  It’s obscene that they call it natural bodybuilding.  Nothing has been built.  Natural bodybuilding competitions look like holocaust reenactments.  There is no display of muscle bulk, it’s just a thin sheet of muscle with paper thin skin over it, on a stage, wearing a speedo, looking skinny and sickly while doing bodybuilding poses.

My advice if you want to become a bodybuilder is to use steroids.  This is honest advice and it’s coming from a good place, a place of honesty and straight up blunt truth from someone with experience in the fitness industry.

If you do not want to become a bodybuilder but you instead just want to be lean slim and ripped, or fat and have big muscles then join the gym and train for them naturally.  You can do it.

But if you want to be a bodybuilder you’re going to need some steroids to go with that gym membership.  It’s just the truth

If you meet a guy and he says to you he’s a soccer player, what do you think? You think “hey he plays soccer on a team in competitions at whatever level he is at”. If you meet a bodybuilder, what do you think ? He builds his body and competes against other bodybuilders. Now .. would you take advice from the soccer player you met in the local park or from a pro soccer player? See the train of thought ?
