Bodybuilding Diet – What Foods to eat when you are hungry to make your body look good

Bodybuilding diet. In my travels I have purposely spent time in the remote countrysides of asia and south America. I go to experience and study the lives of the humble people out there.  When I arrive in a remote countryside village, often I’m the first white person the people have ever seen.  They’re very removed from ‘regular’ society, they hunt and gather and farm all of their own food.  I noticed when I arrived was how fit, lean, and strong the men and the women were. They spent their time hunting and killing animals, fishing for crabs, climbing banana trees, teaching their children, and cooking lots of delicious food.  All the men were completely ripped.  Obviously they had never lifted weights, they don’t even know what a gym is. But these guys were reasonably fit, strong, and ripped to shreds.  Even the 65+ year old men were so lean that they could have stepped on a bodybuilding stage.  Yet they weren’t dehydrated like competitors on a bodybuilding stage and they were not emaciated like starving people.  They were simply living like early modern humans out of in countryside of Thailand, Asia, and South America.

Upon closer examination I discovered that all the different countryside people’s I visited had something in common about their diets, their diets were consistently composed completely of eating animals along with things that grow in the ground or on a tree or something.  They never put any processed shit in their mouths.  There was not much mixing ingredients.  They still ate delicious things though.  One family I stayed with were crab farmers, this was very good business for them because all human beings love to eat crab! They got good business selling it at the local market.  Because of the farming this family had the money to build a nice cement house to live in.  I ate lots of crab while I stayed at their home.

Not much carbohydrates are eaten by countryside people.  They normally eat some bananas and a bit of rice but nothing super stimulating and ultra sugary.  They primarily sustain themselves on eating animals. This is in high contrast to the standard western bodybuilding diet which traditionally puts a high emphasis on carbohydrates.

I was stunned when I saw all these ripped up lean muscular dudes in the countrysides of Thailand, Colombia, and the Philippines that did not lift weights yet had the physiques most natural guys would dream of having when peaking for a competition.  As soon as I saw these guys I knew exactly why they were so lean and ripped up, it was their diets, I think you probably know it too. When you just eat meat you know you can eat as much as you want and you don’t get fat.  When you start eating sugar and breads and pasta and all kinds of bullshit you get huge and bloated and puffy.  Bodybuilding Diet is meat, salt and vegetables.  Add in a piece of fruit every day and a root like a sweet potato after training.  Now the only thing you eat other than those things are as much vegetables and as much meat as you want.  I guarantee that if you eat like that for 3 years, take steroids, and train with a decent intensity in the gym you will meet all of your goals in the gym and you will also easily maintain a physique that makes girls instantly want to sleep with you.

Here is the secret bodybuilding diet that works for building muscle and burning fat at the same time.  Eat steak, salt, vegetables, fruit, and starch roots like potatoes.  Eat as much of those food as you want.  Meet all your bodybuilding goals.  If you can’t stick to this you can hire me to be your baby sitter and help you lol.

There was a research article I read about South African men, many of whom didn’t train, but had 5% bodyfat. The reason? They walked 8-10 miles a day (4 or 5 to work, and back) and ate massive quantities of grain, veg and meat. Basal metabolic requirement say 1500 kcal. Identifiable expenditure from walking 1000 kcal. Work at leasy 500 kcal. Total amount you could physically eat of grain, pulses, meat and veg 3500. Yield from that – total minus what comes out of your bum – 3100. Result 5% body fat.
